What is the difference between full-frame and insert replacement?
An insert replacement keeps your existing frame and fits the new window inside it — faster and more affordable when the frame is sound. Full-frame replacement removes everything down to the rough opening, which lets us check for hidden rot and re-flash properly. We will advise which suits each opening.
Will new windows really lower my energy bills?
Well-installed ENERGY STAR windows and doors noticeably reduce drafts and heat transfer, so your furnace and air conditioning run less. The comfort difference is usually immediate; the savings add up over the seasons. Installation matters as much as the product — a great window installed poorly still leaks air.
